Vibrohammer Pile Driving Support System
Vibman
KTK-120001-A

This system calculates the tip elevation, velocity, and dynamic bearing capacity of piles during installation using the Vibratory Hammer method in real time. By measuring the distance to a prism fixed to the Vibratory Hammer with an automatic-tracking total station, and acquiring current, voltage, and hydraulic pressure data from instruments attached to the power supply and hydraulic unit, it is possible to monitor the pile driving conditions and dynamic bearing capacity. *Reference for bearing capacity calculation formula: Vibratory Hammer Construction Method Technical Research Association/ Vibratory Hammer Design and Construction Manual (October 2015)
- Calculate pile tip elevation and dynamic bearing capacity every second, contributing to pile driving control and improved construction efficiency.
- Create records of each pile's driving completion and the total driven length easily.
