This system measures the tunnel’s internal dimensions using a high-precision 3D scanner and outputs data on over-excavation and under-excavation relative to the design, the volume of lining concrete, and as-built management. By managing surfaces with the multi-point cloud data characteristic of 3D scanners, it supports improved quality in tunnel construction.
- Automatically generate design-comparison cross-sections from point cloud data to simplify as-built management.
- Display the distance from the sprayed concrete design and lining line on the comparative development diagram using color coding.
