Railway Displacement Measurement System
Rail Man

This system utilizes the prism lock function of a total station to automatically measure track displacement. When performing construction near active railway lines, it continuously measures track displacement 24 hours a day without entering the track area, supporting the safe operation of trains.
- Manage track alignment, elevation, gauge, level, and flatness through automatic measurement.
- Implement automatic measurement to contribute to reducing labor in routine inspections.

Points to Note for TS Placement
For safety reasons during track displacement measurement, the distance between the TS and the overhead wires must be maintained above a specified minimum. Therefore, the TS cannot be installed at an elevated position.
As a result, multiple prisms may appear within the field of view of the TS telescope. To prevent false prism lock detection, the measurement radius must be limited to approximately 80 meters.

Management Software
The main screen allows switching between Track Gauge/Level and Elevation/Alignment displays, outputs time-series change graphs, and sends warning emails when measured values exceed management thresholds.
