Bridge Girder Erection Monitoring System
Bridge Monitor
QS-220017-A

This system uses a laser displacement sensor and a 2-axis inclinometer to monitor the displacement of girders after erection and the inclination of bents and shoring. The laser displacement sensor measures girder displacement in 0.1 mm increments while the 2-axis inclinometer measures the inclination of bents and shoring in 0.1° increments. Each measured data point is stored on a cloud server, allowing access from a PC or tablet. If measurements exceed management thresholds, a rotating warning light activates on site and an alert email is sent to the manager. Temperature sensors can also be added as an optional accessory.
- Monitor girders in 3D after erection by installing additional laser displacement sensors.
- Reduce labor and improve productivity through automated measurement.
