3D Machine Control System for Milling Machine
MM Nav
KK-240008-A

This system offers two selectable control methods based on site conditions: height control using a total station and thickness control using GNSS. In addition, a simplified guidance system is available when ICT construction equipment is unavailable or for small-scale site operations. We continuously improve and update the system to enable ICT utilization for milling machines at any site.
- Support ICT-based pavement repair work with construction history functionality.
- Prevent overloading with a simple scrap volume counting function.
Support Thickness Control Machine System Using Next-Generation GNSS!
Functions
-
GNSS-Based Thickness Control Systems
Ensuring overhead visibility and accounting for multipath factors, along with whether mobile phone signals can be received, are key selection criteria.
-
TS Thickness Control System
Securing locations where TS sighting is possible is a key selection factor.
-
Guidance and Control: Two Types in the Lineup
Guidance models are available for rental and control models for purchase only.
-
Adapt to Changes in Cutting Thickness
Even when the standard cutting thickness changes, registering the standard thickness between measurement points in advance allows guidance at change points and enables cutting thickness adjustment.
-
Manage As-Built Data with Construction History
Record cutting thickness on both sides every 0.5m and enabling coordinate output in CSV format after construction completion. Recorded on a local PC, enabling use for both as-built and construction management.
-
Compatible with Drum Shift *Guidance System Not Supported
By measuring drum shift separately using a wire sensor, GNSS or prism fixation can be performed with heavy machinery.
-
Waste Material Counting Function *Reference Only
Calculates approximate waste material volume based on construction history data.
Register specific gravity and load capacity to guide waste material volume estimation. -
Accuracy Verification Mode
Simplify daily accuracy checks required by ICT paving (repair) operations. Feature an accuracy verification mode that also allows blackboard recording.
-
keep Construction Running
In thickness control systems, the cutting thickness of the predefined lane is known in advance. Even if position measurement accuracy deteriorates, construction can continue thanks to position compensation using the progress sensor.
-
Pursue Further Evolution *Release Date TBD
New features under development, including edge construction and obstacle warning functions.
