Coating Thickness Report Generation System

This system utilizes a digital coating thickness gauge to perform one-person measurements of coating thickness on bridge superstructures and automatically generate as-built reports. Traditionally, coating thickness measurements required at least two personnel. This increased labor and effort on site and consumed significant time for post-measurement data processing and report creation. To address these issues, this system enables one-person measurement and automatic report generation.
