Road Surface Displacement Measurement System
Road Man

This system automatically measures road surface deformations over a wide area using the non-prism measurement function of a total station when conducting construction work near active roads. It has a proven track record in numerous projects, such as underpass construction on expressways and construction near roads on soft ground. Furthermore, by enabling 24-hour continuous automatic monitoring, it can provide real-time alerts. *Road surface measurement is possible without emitting a visible laser beam during distance measurement.
- Reduce labor in observation tasks through automated measurements.
- Streamline data management by automatically calculating displacement amounts from initial values.

Measurement Principle
In pavement displacement measurement, the same direction (horizontal and vertical angles) is measured repeatedly. If the initial value is taken at point A, point B is measured after settlement. Assuming the pavement surface is flat, the settlement amount is calculated by considering the settlement amount at point A to be equal to the settlement amount at point B.
